Commission (Selling Fee)

Most agencies charge a commission on sale calculated as a percentage of the sale price - separate from the marketing costs. Our commission is 3.5% of the sale price up to $400,000, 1% on the balance, $500 admin - plus GST (*Maximum Fee $20,000 + GST). We are not the cheapest in town, but we certainly offer generous savings compared to the majority of real estate agencies and we also offer a discounted ‘Gold Standard’ Marketing Package (refer our Marketing Costs page).
